Savoury stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 350 gr big mushrooms
  • 50 gr walnuts
  • 50 gr feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Brush the mushrooms and remove their shafts.  Lay them into lemonwater. Mince the walnuts in a mortar.
Mix the cheese with the egg.
Hash the parsley and the dill and add them with salt and pepper to the cheese and egg. Add the walnuts to the filling and stuff the mushrooms. Put the shafts onto them and cook the stuffed mushrooms in  the oven that you preheated to 220 degrees. Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes.Serve them hot.
