Rücker’s Dairy

Rücker GmbH is based in an area of Europe that is famous for its milk - the East Frisian town of Aurich. The main products made here are white cheese, mozzarella, butter and milk powder. Management and administration also have their offices in Aurich. When Paul Rücker bought the "Egels Dairy" in 1974 only butter and skimmed milk were produced there. Always thinking ahead, he turned his attention to innovative products and technology, with the result that the small local dairy became a large, modern concern where 245 employees process around 400 million kilograms of milk each year.
