One such truly exciting story can be seen in the history and growth of Rücker GmbH. It all began in 1890 with a dairy at Fehmarn leased by Eduard Rücker. His son Gustav Rücker built this up and was eventually able to buy his own dairy in Altgalendorf in 1932. This was then taken over by his son Paul Rücker.
