When Paul Rücker took over his father's dairy in Altgalendorf in 1958 only a handful of employees worked for him. Thanks to his vision and hard work he has turned the small regional concern into one of the largest dairies in Germany. In the meantime over 300 employees now work for the Rücker Group.
